Kevin Massicotte

Kevin is a civil litigator at CP LLP.

Kevin’s growing experience includes shareholder/director disputes involving oppression issues, employment disputes on behalf of both employers and employees, administrative law matters, Personal Property Security Act and Repair and Storage Liens Act matters, as well as litigation involving real estate, banking, and contractual issues.

Kevin has argued before the Superior Court and Small Claims Court. He has also dealt with matters in the Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Human Rights Tribunal, and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.

Kevin joined CP LLP in 2020 when moving from Ottawa to Toronto. Formerly, Kevin practiced at the Ottawa office of a national law firm where he worked on a wide range of litigation matters.

Kevin is fluent in French and during law school, Kevin completed a semester on exchange in Lyon, France.
